How does it work?

It’s so simple.

Your first ten questions are completely free. Then, if you wish to explore Freedom’s Guide further, you can purchase question tokens.

All done via the bot itself, you can purchase 10 additional question tokens for £10, or you can support Freedom’s Guide with a £10 monthly subscription which will give you 15 questions per month (don’t worry, you can cancel at anytime via Stripe).

You will always have the option to purchase 10 more question tokens for an additional £10 (even if you’re on a paid subscription).

How do I pay for additional question tokens?

When prompted via the bot, simply complete the checkout process via Stripe to get your additional question tokens credited. We’ll just need your email address to allocate your new tokens for use.

IMPORTANT: make sure that you use the same email address at the Stripe checkout as the one you entered in the bot.

After your payment is successful, you will receive confirmation by email.

Do I need to sign up or create an account to obtain more question tokens?

No – we simply ask you for your email address so that we can allocate a profile to you behind the scenes. This profile allows us to credit and track the number of question tokens that you have to use.

Is there a way to find out how many question tokens I have left?

Yes! Simply ask Freedom’s Guide ‘how many questions do I have left?’ and the result will be shared!
